These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of batterygc.store and to any purchase you make from Battery GC. Battery GC is a DBA of GREY COASTAL ENTERPRISES, LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company located at 811 Timothy Lane, Hattiesburg, MS 39401 ("Battery GC," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Battery GC is an online and local retailer of batteries, chargers, jump starters and related accessories for home, business and professional use. We ship orders from Hattiesburg, Mississippi and from vendor fulfillment centers to customers throughout the United States.

2. Products and Compatibility

We work to describe every product accurately, including voltage, capacity, chemistry, dimensions and terminal type. Product images are for illustration and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance or label design while meeting the listed specifications.

Many of the batteries we sell are compatible replacement batteries. Manufacturer brand names, model numbers and part numbers are used only to identify which devices a product fits. Unless a listing states otherwise, Battery GC is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those manufacturers.

You are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with your device before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us and we will gladly help you check specifications before you buy.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Orders

You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full to the original payment method.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only, using UPS and USPS. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), and most orders arrive within 1-7 days after shipment. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, with no restocking fee, and we provide the return shipping label. Please email help@batterygc.com for a return authorization before sending an item back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Battery Safety

Batteries can be hazardous if misused. Always follow the device manufacturer's instructions, use the correct charger, and do not puncture, short-circuit, crush, overheat or incinerate batteries. Keep batteries away from children and pets, and recycle or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations. 8. Warranties

Any warranty that applies to a product is stated on its product page or provided by its manufacturer. Except where a written warranty applies, and to the extent permitted by law, products are provided "as is" without other express or implied warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battery GC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product, including damage caused by incorrect installation, use with incompatible equipment, or failure to follow safety instructions. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Customer Communications

When you place an order or contact us, you agree that we may contact you by email, text message or phone about your order or inquiry. If you sign up for marketing emails or texts, you may receive promotional messages; message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the email, reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

11. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to Battery GC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Forrest County, Mississippi, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
