At Battery GC, we want you to shop with confidence and feel secure in the quality of every battery and accessory you purchase from us. 

Return & Refund Policy

If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Condition

  • Condition requirements (unused / unopened): Both are accepted as returns as long as it's within 30 days

  • Restocking fee disclosure: 0 Restocking fee

  • Shipping cost responsibility: We pay for return shipping

  • Defective vs non-defective handling: We Allow returns for both defective and non-defective items 

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

 Return Authorization Required

  • Customers must email help@batterygc.com to request a return authorization and return label before sending any items back.

  • If approved, you will receive a return label via email. Print that and include the RMA number via email
